Some parts impressed, others didn't

Lovely staff really take care of everything , and daily room service keeps the place clean.

The rooms are basic, which might be a letdown for those expecting luxury.

Comfy unit with a fan. Pretty nice area, pleasant location, really close to local restaurants, and the center of the village: D

location - awesome, next to the bus stop and food and drinks area. also, near to colectivo terminal to catch a minivan to playa del carmen or to the tulum ruins. impressive standard double room with balcony. paid £682.

Y'all, the staff were just plain good, always makin' sure I was taken care of. The room was cozy enough for a solo trip, and it was mighty clean! Really enjoyed the peace and quiet right off the main street. Wish there was a water cooker, though. That would've been real nice.

The hotel has a favourable and perfect location minute walk from the central station. The venue has impressive and neat rooms with balcony and fan, as for instance: D

We were there for 7 days, everything was great, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous and stunning location near to the downtown of tulum and the city centre. The staff was very-very nice and really kind at all levels.

I was frustrated by the lack of a water cooker. There was no common fridge, difficult to prepare snacks. Even though I enjoyed my stay, I felt limited by the absence of basic kitchen amenities.

While the location was central and near the main street, it remained surprisingly tranquil during my two-night stay. Enjoying hot dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful added a nice touch to the experience.

The lovely staff really took care of everything, and the daily room service kept the place super clean. Everything was quiet despite being centrally located, which exceeded my expectations for a perfect getaway.

The units are exceptionally clean and functional with a fan. the hotel offers a great location next to nice restaurants, the ADO bus terminal, collective taxis, shops, and Tulum. - the Miniature Art Gallery is not very far from the property.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the twin room with a balcony and comfortable bed was really nice.
